  • Contact each vendor to confirm arrival and departure times

  • Distribute custom timeline to your entire vendor team

Begins 12-18 months prior to your wedding date.

  • Ensure bridal party and vendors are following the agreed upon timeline

  • Manage your wedding processional and recessional

  • Cater to the bride and groom throughout the entirety of the event

  • Decorate reception tables and ceremony site

  • Move decorations/florals from ceremony to reception

  • Package up all decorations at the end of the night

  • Load decorations and leftovers into assigned vehicl
